FUEL SESSIONS
Diet and nutrition are essential elements of a successful health and fitness programme. Optimum Fitness will help you understand the impact that diet has on your life and body and how to maintain a healthy diet.

The initial consultation includes
Stockbridge Personal Trainer, Holly O'Connor working with you to create a comprehensive dietary analysis, you will be asked to complete a food diary for a week which is then analysed to create a personalised client report. This report is then supported by a 30 minute follow-up consultation. I will evaluate how your diet compares with what you should be eating to achieve the results you're looking for. From there, I will address your strengths and weaknesses and create a new day-to-day diet plan.

The "FUEL" nutrition sessions are available to all, even those who are not PT clients.
